Not a fan of exotic pairs myself, too much overnight risk and spreads can be brutal. Are you using a specific broker for this, and do you find the liquidity acceptable at your typical trade sizes?

I wouldn't read too much into it yet. One good day doesn't make a trend, especially with the economic headwinds in the UK.

I agree, the sticky core is the real concern here. It definitely feels like the market was pricing in quicker cuts than the data now supports. Good call on USDBRL.
