These terms govern your use of Traderforum (operated by ENC DATA RESEARCH LTD). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to them. They are written in plain language and are not a substitute for legal advice.

1. The service

Traderforum is a global finance network: a trader community, a provider marketplace, and a data/widgets layer (API and embeds). ENC DATA RESEARCH LTD operates the platform and may add, change or remove features.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter these terms.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant ENC DATA RESEARCH LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and create aggregate or derived data (such as community sentiment) from it, including via the API and embeddable widgets. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to post it.

4. Acceptable use

  • No spam, manipulation, scraping beyond the documented API, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls.
  • No unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or infringing content.
  • No market manipulation, pump-and-dump coordination, or impersonation.
  • Provider listings and ownership claims must be truthful; relationship disclosures must be accurate.

5. Providers, deals & marketplace

Listings, reviews, ratings, deals and RFPs are provided by users and partners. ENC DATA RESEARCH LTDdoes not guarantee any provider, offer or counterparty. Verification badges reflect our checks at a point in time and are not an endorsement. Do your own due diligence before engaging any provider.

6. API & widgets

Use of the API and embeddable widgets is subject to fair-use and rate limits and may be changed or revoked. Keep API keys confidential. Data is provided “as is” for informational purposes and must be attributed where required. See Developers.

7. No financial advice

Nothing on Traderforum is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Content reflects community activity and opinions. Trading and investing carry risk; decisions are your own.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENC DATA RESEARCH LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of the platform, any provider, or any data obtained through it.
