USDMXN path to 17.50 by month-end

Considering the current $USDMXN momentum and broader EM currency weakness, I'd put the odds of seeing 17.50 before the end of the month at around 65%, especially if we get any further hawkish Fed commentary.

That's an interesting take. I wonder if the peso's resilience lately, even with some of the broader EM weakness, might slow that down a bit, especially if the Banxico remains hawkish as well.

That's an interesting take on USDMXN. I'm still trying to understand how much of the current weakness is due to the broader EM trend versus local factors in Mexico. Do you think the upcoming Banxico meeting could shift things much?
