It's a double-edged sword for sure. The potential for higher yields is enticing, but the idea of losing staked ETH due to an issue with a restaking protocol's AVS is a serious deterrent for many.

Exchange flows can be misleading without context. A large inflow could be for staking, not immediate selling pressure. Always worth cross-referencing with other data points.

I agree with the neutral stance. The subdued volume and lack of clear catalysts suggest it could be more consolidation than outright accumulation, at least for now. Waiting for a breakout seems like the smart play.

I've been looking at similar models, and the numbers do get interesting if network activity really picks up. The constant supply sink could be a game changer.
