I'm not so sure the window is closing entirely, but rather shifting. New jurisdictions might emerge with more favorable frameworks as others tighten. The arbitrage might just get more complex.

We used to be in a similar spot. It's less about finding a 'high-risk' specialist and more about demonstrating robust compliance and fraud prevention on your end. That's what really opens doors with better processors.
