Onboarding & KYB for multiple PSPs - anyone else hitting bottlenecks?
Curious if anyone else operating with multiple payment service providers is finding KYB/onboarding a consistent drag on resources. We're currently managing a handful for different regional exposures and crypto rails, and it feels like each new setup takes disproportionately long with redundant document requests. Is there a point where the operational overhead for diversifying PSPs starts to eat into the liquidity benefits, or am I just looking at this wrong?

Definitely feel your pain on this. We've considered diversifying more, but the KYB process is a huge deterrent. Have you explored any service providers that help centralize some of that documentation or act as an intermediary?
