Onboarding Friction with New PSPs - Anyone else seeing this?

We've been vetting a few new payment service providers recently to diversify our payout rails, especially for non-$USD corridors, and the KYB process has been a real bottleneck. It feels like some of these newer providers, while offering competitive spreads and faster settlement, are still figuring out their internal compliance flows. We're getting hit with requests for documents we've already submitted, or the same document multiple times from different departments. It's slowing down integration significantly. Anyone else in the fintech space experiencing this sort of fragmented or overly cautious onboarding, or have you found any specific types of providers (e.g., region-specific, niche currency focused) that have a more streamlined process?
