Onboarding Friction with New PSPs – Anyone Else Seeing This?
We've been vetting a few new payment service providers recently to diversify our processing risk and, frankly, get better terms on higher volume payouts. The initial sales pitch is always smooth, but once we get into the KYB process, it often grinds to a halt. Document requests are frequently redundant or contradictory, and the timelines for review seem to stretch indefinitely. It's becoming a significant bottleneck to integrating new services and optimizing our transaction costs. Is anyone else experiencing this level of operational friction when attempting to onboard with new PSPs, or have you found a way to streamline this process internally to mitigate delays?
