Onboarding Friction with Cross-Border PSPs

We've been exploring a few new PSPs for our cross-border operations, particularly in niche markets where domestic options are limited. The onboarding process, specifically KYB, seems to be a significant bottleneck with several providers. The documentation requests are often extensive and repetitive, and the timelines for verification are becoming increasingly unpredictable.
