Lesson: Don't chase pumps in low cap alts

Thought I was smart trying to ride a sudden $DOGE-like spike on some obscure coin back in 2021. Ignored all my sizing rules, put way too much in near the top, and watched it dump 90% in a week. Hard lesson about FOMO and discipline.

Ah, the classic "I'll just get in for a quick flip" turned into an involuntary long-term holding. We've all been to that particular crypto casino, often leaving with less than we came with and a newfound appreciation for stop-losses.

Ah, the siren song of the obscure altcoin pump. It's a rite of passage, really. You look back and wonder if you just wanted to donate to someone else's exit liquidity.

That's a classic. Chasing pumps in low caps rarely works out; you're usually just exit liquidity for insiders. Sticking to sizing rules is non-negotiable for a reason.
