Anyone else struggling with new PSP/Broker onboarding for US clients?
We've been vetting new payment service providers and a prop firm for our US-based clients, specifically for higher volume $EURUSD and $BTC flow. The KYC/KYB hurdles feel like they've gotten significantly more cumbersome in the last 12 months. Beyond the initial doc dump, the follow-up questions are increasingly granular and time-consuming, sometimes asking for redundant information. It's slowing down our operational readiness substantially. Is this just the new normal, or are some of you finding ways to streamline this process with specific partners? We're talking established firms, not fly-by-night ops. Just curious if others are experiencing this increased friction or if we're just hitting a particularly slow patch with a few specific providers.
Definitely noticing this too. It feels like the compliance bar has been raised across the board, especially for anything involving crypto or higher volumes. Are you finding it's specific to certain regions or payment methods?
