Anyone else seeing increased friction with PSP onboarding for prop firms lately?

Over the last few months, it feels like the KYC/KYB hurdles for getting set up with some of the prop firms, especially for non-US traders, have gotten noticeably tighter. I'm not talking about basic document verification, which is standard. It's more around the payment service provider (PSP) integrations. Delays are common, and often there's a need to jump through extra hoops or provide more obscure documentation than before. This isn't just one firm; I've encountered it with a couple of different setups recently, making what used to be a fairly quick process into a multi-day or even week-long headache.

Is this a widespread trend related to broader regulatory pressure on PSPs, or perhaps just bad luck on my end with specific firm/PSP pairings? Curious if others have similar experiences or insights into why this might be happening.
