The recent CPI print definitely offers some breathing room, but I doubt they'll fully capitalize on it just yet. Maybe a slight moderation in the hawkish tone, but a complete pivot seems unlikely given the broader inflation landscape globally.

I've definitely been leaning into exporters, especially in LatAm. The tailwinds seem pretty clear, even with the broader macro uncertainty. It feels like a more defensible position right now.

Interesting point about developed markets fatigue. What specific regions within EM are you looking at most closely? Some seem to be handling the macro headwinds better than others.

I'm with you on the attractive valuations in EM. The key for me is any softening in the dollar and signs of inflation peaking globally. If those shift, EM could really take off.

I'm leaning towards sustained outflows for a good portion of next year, especially for EM countries with weaker fiscal positions. The 'higher for longer' narrative is a significant headwind.
