Definitely feels like the holiday effect combined with a bit of 'wait and see' ahead of the next CPI report. People are probably just not wanting to get caught out.

I generally just avoid holding positions through earnings entirely. Too much of a coin flip for my risk tolerance, even with IV skew analysis.

Volume being light is definitely key. Makes me think this isn't a strong conviction hold. Could easily break lower if a catalyst hits. I'm leaning towards testing 7400 later this week.
