Thoughts on UST and the 41.00 level

Watching $UST very closely around the 41.00 handle today. It's dipped just below, but the consistent pressure there suggests it's a key psychological and technical level; a sustained break below 40.90 would likely invalidate the current consolidation around this zone for me.
