Onboarding for high-volume crypto payments still a nightmare for US entities?

We're trying to set up a new payments flow for our US-based clients receiving large crypto payouts, mostly $USDT and $USDC. It feels like every provider's KYB is designed for a corner shop, not a registered business dealing with substantial volume. The compliance teams just don't seem to get the transaction flow, leading to endless document requests and frustrating delays. Is anyone else still hitting this wall, or have I just not found the right partner yet?

We ran into similar bottlenecks last year trying to scale our crypto treasury operations for a US entity. The key for us was finding a provider with a dedicated institutional onboarding team who understood the nuances of large-scale corporate crypto transactions, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. It's a significant time investment up front, but pays off in smoother processing later.
