Onboarding for high-volume crypto: anyone still hitting walls?

Curious if anyone else operating at decent volume in the crypto space is still experiencing significant friction with onboarding new brokers or payment service providers. Seems like every time we try to diversify our rails or get better spreads, we run into weeks-long KYC/KYB processes that feel like they're designed for a retail account, not a company doing consistent 8-figure monthly. It's not just the paperwork, it's the back-and-forth, the requests for docs we've already provided, the general lack of understanding from their side on what a legitimate high-frequency setup looks like. We're based in a well-regulated jurisdiction, everything's above board, yet it's still a slog every single time. Is this just the cost of doing business right now, or are there providers out there actually streamlining this for serious players?
