Onboarding for high-volume crypto payments – any tips for smoother KYB?

Starting to onboard a new segment of clients who process substantial daily volumes in $USDT and $ETH, and the KYB/AML is becoming a bottleneck. Our current PSP seems to struggle with the scale and the international aspect, leading to significant delays and frustrating our clients. Has anyone here found a more efficient process or a PSP that handles high-volume crypto KYB without causing a drag on go-live times?
