Onboarding for high-volume crypto payments – any tips for smoother KYB?

Anyone here dealing with significant crypto payment volumes, specifically looking at onboarding new PSPs or even just getting accounts approved with existing ones for expanded capacity? We've been running into some real friction with Know Your Business (KYB) processes lately. It feels like the bar keeps getting higher, and the back-and-forth for documentation is eating up a lot of time and resources. We're talking about legitimate, compliant businesses here, but the data requests are getting incredibly granular, sometimes bordering on intrusive.

I'm curious if anyone has found ways to streamline this, perhaps by having a super-prepared 'KYB pack' ready, or if there are specific nuances when dealing with crypto vs. traditional fiat PSPs that tend to make things easier or harder. It's becoming a real bottleneck when trying to scale quickly, especially as demand for crypto payment options continues to grow. Any practical advice on minimizing delays and maximizing approval rates would be massively appreciated. It feels like every new provider has a slightly different set of hoops to jump through.

We've noticed the same trend; it seems like regulators are really cracking down, pushing PSPs to be extra cautious. Have you considered exploring any blockchain-based identity solutions, or are most of your current partners not yet set up to integrate with those?

It's a compliance nightmare right now, no easy fix. Have you tried asking your current PSPs what specifically triggers the additional scrutiny for your volume, or is it a general tightening across the board?
