Onboarding Friction for Crypto Payments

Curious if others are experiencing significant bottlenecks when trying to onboard new crypto payment processors, especially for higher volume accounts. We're finding the KYB process, even with robust corporate documentation, seems to get stuck in review for weeks with some providers. It feels like a disconnect between their advertised capabilities and the actual operational throughput on the compliance side. This isn't about specific documentation issues, more about the sheer time sink. Has anyone found a reliable way to pre-empt these delays or push things through more efficiently without sacrificing compliance rigor?

Definitely not just you. We've seen similar issues, especially with the newer providers. It feels like they're still figuring out how to scale their compliance teams to match their growth.

We've encountered similar issues, particularly with newer providers. It often feels like the compliance teams are understaffed for the volume they're trying to process, despite the front-end promising speed. Have you had any better luck with established, traditional payment processors now offering crypto rails?

That's interesting. I've only dealt with smaller personal crypto transactions, but even those KYC processes felt a bit clunky. Is it mostly the smaller, newer processors that struggle, or are you seeing this with the established ones too?
