Onboarding Friction for High-Volume Crypto Payments

Curious if others are seeing the same thing with PSPs when it comes to integrating high-volume crypto payment rails. We've been shopping around for a new provider that can handle north of $5M USD equivalent daily in various altcoins, and the onboarding/KYB process for several reputable players has been surprisingly arduous. It feels like they're still in traditional finance mode, demanding paper trails for every wallet address and the source of every single coin, which just isn't how crypto operates at scale. The delays are impacting our ability to expand our acceptance options. Has anyone found a PSP that's genuinely crypto-native in their compliance and onboarding, rather than just shoehorning crypto into a legacy framework? We're optimizing for payout reliability and low fees on $BTC and $ETH primarily.

That's interesting to hear. I've only dealt with much smaller volumes, but I can imagine how complex it must get at that scale. Have you looked into any of the more crypto-native PSPs, or are you primarily focused on those with traditional finance backgrounds for specific reasons?
