Anyone else finding KYC/onboarding a major choke point with prop firms lately?

It seems like every other firm I'm looking at has some sort of bottleneck with identity verification or payment processing. Delays, document rejection for seemingly minor issues, or just a black hole after submission. It's frustrating when you're ready to get going but stuck in limbo. Anyone else dealing with this or found a firm that actually has their backend sorted for efficient onboarding?
