$USDZAR 17.00 by month-end?

Watching $USDZAR with interest today. We've seen a pretty sharp move, currently hovering around 16.79. Given the momentum and the current geopolitical landscape, I'd put the probability of us testing 17.00 before month-end at around 65%. There's definitely some underlying pressure that suggests further depreciation of the ZAR, assuming no major surprises from the SARB or a significant shift in global sentiment towards EM currencies. It's not a slam dunk, but the path of least resistance seems to be higher for now.
