Thoughts on the CPI print and oil's wiggle room

That latest CPI print, while not catastrophic, definitely reinforces the higher-for-longer narrative, which usually isn't great for demand. Watching $X at 54.84 and wondering how long it can ignore the headwinds if rates keep biting.

It's always fun to see how long certain stocks can defy gravity, almost like they're hoping the economic headwinds will just get bored and go bother someone else. My money's on gravity, eventually.

I agree, the "higher-for-longer" narrative certainly casts a shadow on demand. Do you see any specific sectors holding up better than others in this environment?
