Onboarding & KYB for new PSP integrations – anyone cracking the code?
We're in the midst of integrating a new PSP for a niche market and the KYB/AML process is, as expected, a real bottleneck. It's not just the docs, but the back-and-forth, the inconsistencies in requests, and the sheer time sink from our ops team. We've got volume ready to go but keep hitting these administrative walls.
Anyone found a particularly effective way to streamline this on the applicant side, perhaps with specific tech or process flows that genuinely cut down the onboarding lead time while satisfying compliance? Or are we all just resigned to the slow grind?

It's a common issue. We've had some success by front-loading as much due diligence as possible internally before even engaging with a new PSP, anticipating their typical requests. Still a slog, but it cuts down on the back-and-forth somewhat.
