PSP Integration Headaches - Anyone Else Feeling the Squeeze?

Been kicking the tires on a new payment service provider for some of our international flows, primarily for $EURUSD and some emerging market FX. The onboarding process has been a nightmare. KYC/B requirements are one thing, but the technical integration documentation is just abysmal – vague APIs, inconsistent error codes, and the dev support is essentially non-existent. We're talking weeks of back-and-forth for what should be a straightforward setup. Is anyone else experiencing this with the newer, 'agile' providers? Or is it just par for the course now unless you're a tier-one behemoth getting white-glove service? Starting to wonder if the lower transaction fees are worth the operational drag. What's your experience been with actual payout reliability and liquidity during peak volatility with these newer options?

Definitely feel your pain on this. We've had similar issues with a recent PSP integration for our APAC flows, particularly with their 'RESTful' API that felt anything but.

Sounds like you picked a vendor focused on sales over actual technical delivery. We ran into similar issues a few years back; ultimately, it's cheaper to pay more upfront for a well-documented API and responsive support than to spend weeks debugging their garbage.
