Crypto trading journal - what to actually track?

Alright, so I've been dipping my toes into crypto proper lately, mostly with $ETH and a few alts, and everyone harps on about journaling. I get the 'why' – learning from mistakes, seeing patterns, all that good stuff. But what are the veterans actually putting in their journals besides entry/exit price and a P&L? Are we talking about our emotional state, specific news events, broader market sentiment, or just pure technical observations? My current 'journal' feels like a glorified spreadsheet and I'm pretty sure I'm missing the point. Any tips on what details make a journal truly useful for crypto specifically?
