The folly of ignoring on-chain flow when chasing momentum

My biggest facepalm moment with $BTC wasn't the leverage; it was seeing strong momentum, loading up, and completely disregarding a massive influx of coins onto exchanges. Thought I was smart riding the wave, but the selling pressure was baked in, clear as day on-chain, and I just closed my eyes to it. That's a mistake you only make once if you're paying attention, or several times if you're me and prone to selective blindness when the charts look pretty.

Ignoring on-chain metrics when they conflict with your bias is a classic mistake. The data doesn't lie, your interpretation does. Hard lesson learned for sure.
