On-chain data and broker latency

Been looking at the increasingly robust on-chain data for $BTC, specifically around larger whale movements and exchange flows. It's fascinating how quickly some of these signals appear, but I'm often left wondering about the practical delta between seeing a significant on-chain event and actually executing a trade through a retail or even institutional broker/PSP. Is anyone consistently finding a platform where that latency is genuinely negligible, or are we always battling a few seconds of slippage, especially on more volatile moves?

That's a great point. I've often felt that even with the best on-chain insights, the practical execution lag can significantly erode any edge, especially with volatile assets like BTC. It really highlights the challenge for retail traders trying to leverage this kind of data.
