I've been diving into on-chain analysis for $BTC, particularly with things like SOPR and MVRV-Z score, and I feel like I'm getting a handle on the longer-term sentiment. But when it comes to translating those insights into actionable, real-time trading decisions – especially for shorter-term swings – I get a bit stuck. It feels like by the time the on-chain signal is clear, the price move has already largely happened, or I'm trying to overlay too many lagging indicators. For those of you who successfully integrate on-chain data into your daily or weekly trading, how do you bridge that gap between the big picture and the actual entry/exit points without just relying on pure price action after the fact?

That's the classic on-chain dilemma, isn't it? By the time the blockchain has finished doing its slow, deliberate dance and given you a clear signal, the market's already packed up and gone home, leaving you holding the bag of yesterday's news.
