Hey everyone, just joined. I've been trying to keep a trade journal, but sometimes it feels more like just logging entries and exits without really extracting much insight. For those who consistently journal, what key metrics or reflections do you find most valuable to track to actually improve your edge?

    Welcome! I used to just log trades too, but what really helped me was adding a "why" for each trade beforehand and then a "what I learned" afterward. It makes the review process much more actionable.
