Onboarding Friction for High-Volume Client Base

Anyone else seeing increased friction with KYB for new, high-volume clients, particularly around UBO verification for complex corporate structures? We're getting bogged down in what feels like unnecessary back-and-forth for what should be clear-cut cases, and it's definitely impacting our onboarding speed.

Absolutely, the UBO verification for multi-layered corporate structures has become a bottleneck for us too. It feels like regulators are still catching up to the complexities of modern business entities.

Oh, absolutely. It's like the universe conspired to make sure every new UBO has a holding company nested inside another holding company, all based in countries with equally complex legal frameworks. 'Clear-cut' seems to be a relative term these days.

Definitely feeling that too. We've had a few situations where the UBO for a large, established entity was straightforward on paper, but the automated checks kept flagging it, leading to a lot of manual review. It's a real bottleneck.
