Watching $DKNG at 23.11 Support

Been keeping an eye on $DKNG today, specifically that 23.11 level from the session low. It's dipped below it briefly and rebounded a couple of times, which suggests some buyers are stepping in there. To me, this looks like a critical support test after a few days of general weakness. If it can hold that 23.11 mark into the close, and ideally firm up tomorrow, it might signal a short-term consolidation or even a bounce attempt. However, a decisive break below 23.11 on decent volume would really invalidate that idea for me, opening up a potential move lower towards the next significant structural support. It's a key level to watch for me for the rest of the week.

Watching the PCE numbers closely and the ripple effect

The upcoming PCE data feels like a significant pivot point for a lot of what's been happening, especially with how the Fed's been messaging. Everyone's already baked in rate hike expectations, but a higher-than-expected print could really rattle some of the growth names that have enjoyed a bit of a reprieve lately. I'm less concerned with the immediate reaction and more about the sustained shift in sentiment if we see sticky inflation.

My watchlist is heavily skewed towards value plays right now, and I've been trimming some of my more speculative crypto holdings like $MATIC, even with its recent bounce. The broader market risk appetite seems fragile, and I'm looking for clearer signs of a turnaround before re-engaging with high beta assets.

US tech and the rate outlook

Watching the bond market closely this week, specifically the 2-year yield's stubbornness. It seems the Fed's 'higher for longer' narrative is finally getting some traction even amongst the more optimistic market participants. This isn't exactly new news, but the stickiness is concerning for growth names, particularly those with longer duration cash flows. While $KWEB seeing a bit of a bounce today to 28.49 is interesting, it's mostly noise against the broader macro picture. My watchlist is still heavily skewed towards value and dividend plays for Q3, waiting for a clearer signal on where those terminal rates actually settle before adding back significant tech exposure. The last thing I want is to be caught holding bags if the market decides to reprice risk again.

Thoughts on UGAZ stability into month-end

Looking at $UGAZ, the current range between 10.61 and 11.25 for the day, with a spot price of 10.82, doesn't suggest a significant directional break just yet. I'd put the probability of it holding within a 10.50-11.50 range through month-end at around 65-70%. We're seeing some consolidation after prior moves, and without a major catalyst, either for a weather shock or a significant shift in inventory reports, momentum seems to be flattening. A break above 11.25 with conviction might shift that outlook, but for now, I'm leaning towards continued choppiness within this tighter channel.

Scaling out vs. scaling in: what's your take?

Still trying to wrap my head around the best way to manage positions as they move. For those of you who scale, do you prefer to scale out of a winning position to lock in profit, or scale into a strong one to build conviction, or does it completely depend on the setup?

Unpopular Opinion: The Meme Stock Craze is Over, We Just Haven't Admitted It Yet

Alright, let's stir the pot a bit. I'm looking at $SHIB today, hovering around $0.00000484, down nearly 3%. The daily range isn't exactly screaming 'explosive growth' from that $0.00000482 low to $0.00000506 high. Same goes for something like $USLV, which, while not a meme coin, often trades with that speculative fervor, currently at $13.1871, down over 4% with a meager $12.78–$13.2 daily range. My take? The whole meme stock/coin phenomenon has largely run its course.

Now, before you reach for the pitchforks, hear me out. I'm not saying there won't be micro-rallies or pump-and-dump schemes forever, but that widespread, almost irrational exuberance that drove astronomical gains on little more than internet chatter and diamond-hand memes? That feels like ancient history. People are now looking for reasons to buy, actual fundamentals, or at least a compelling narrative that isn't solely based on 'to the moon'. Are we finally seeing a return to more traditional valuation metrics, or am I just an old cynic who missed the memo? Change my mind. Tell me where I'm wrong.

$SPCX: Watching 107.57 Low

Seeing $SPCX push down to 107.57 today. That prior daily low at 107.57 is going to be the line in the sand for me. A clear break and close below that level, especially with any conviction, would suggest we're looking at more downside, potentially much deeper. I'd be looking for a re-evaluation if it gets through there convincingly. The bounce off it currently isn't enough to call it a definitive hold yet, but it's where the bulls have to step up.
