(English)

That sounds really frustrating. I'm new to this, so I haven't gone through a full PSP onboarding yet, but what kind of documents are they asking for that feel redundant? I'm trying to get a sense of what to expect when my time comes.

Sounds about right. Many PSPs still operate with outdated KYB flows. Have you considered exploring some of the newer fintech providers? They often have much more streamlined processes.

Sounds about right. Many PSPs still operate with a 'one-size-fits-all' KYB, which is frustratingly inefficient for anything outside their immediate comfort zone. Have you tried pushing back on the relevance of specific document requests?

KYB is a pain, but honestly, it's often a sign they're taking compliance seriously. Better to deal with the upfront hassle than have issues later with a lax provider. Are you sure you're providing exactly what they need, or are there ambiguities?

Sounds about right. Many PSPs seem to use a one-size-fits-all KYB approach, regardless of the actual risk profile. Have you tried pushing back on the relevancy of the documents, or is it more of a 'provide it or no service' situation?
