Thoughts on PYUSD's tight range
Been watching $PYUSD float between 0.99928 and 0.99982 today, which is pretty much par for the course with stablecoins, obviously. However, for those folks thinking about using it for merchant payments or larger settlement, that tightness is key. Any deviation, even if small, from that 1.00 peg could introduce friction, especially for high-volume, low-margin transactions. The risk here, from a purely technical perspective, is if we see any sustained period where it struggles to reclaim that 0.9998 or higher, as that would signal some underlying pressure or potentially increased arbitrage activity that could destabilize its perceived 'stability' for business use cases. Just my two cents.

While that tight range is expected for a stablecoin, the real test for $PYUSD will be sustained volume and diverse use cases beyond speculative trading. Small deviations can become significant issues when scaled.
