On-ramp stability for smaller merchants?

I've been digging into the options for integrating stablecoin payments for a small e-commerce venture, mostly looking at USDC and maybe USDT. The big exchanges offer decent on/off-ramps for individuals, but when it comes to a business receiving payments, especially smaller volume, I'm finding the fees and the KYC/AML process a bit daunting. For those of you who've implemented this, are there particular aggregators or perhaps a direct bank integration for stables that make sense for merchants not moving huge volumes, or is it still largely fragmented?

Fees and compliance are always going to be an issue for small businesses using crypto, especially for on/off-ramps. Have you looked into services specifically catering to merchant processing, rather than just exchange services? They often have different fee structures.

It's the classic small business paradox: you want the bleeding edge of tech, but the bleeding edge often wants your firstborn as collateral for the privilege. I've found that some of the newer payment processors specifically targeting crypto payments for merchants are a bit more flexible, even if their rates aren't always a steal.
