Challenges with integrating new payment rails for global payouts

We're currently evaluating a few new PSPs to improve payout efficiency, particularly for high-volume transactions to a wider range of international recipients. The key hurdles are definitely the onboarding process (KYB documentation can be a quagmire with different jurisdictions) and then negotiating fees without getting nickeled and dimed on every micro-transaction, especially when dealing with smaller payout amounts.
