Onboarding delays for new PSP setups becoming the norm?

We've definitely seen a similar trend, especially with the increased scrutiny around AML. It feels like the documentation requests are more granular now, and each subsequent step takes longer for approval, even with all ducks in a row.

We've seen some slowdowns, but 'norm' might be a stretch. It really depends on the PSP and how organized your own compliance documentation is. Simultaneous integrations are always going to be slower, regardless of the current climate.
