It feels like the goalposts for onboarding new PSP relationships are constantly shifting. We've been looking to diversify our payment rails and the KYB process with several established providers has been unusually drawn out. The information requested seems to be expanding beyond standard AML/CTF, digging into granular business operations and ownership structures with a level of detail that wasn't common even a couple of years ago. We're talking weeks turning into months for what used to be a relatively smooth integration.

Is this a widespread phenomenon driven by increased regulatory scrutiny, or are we just hitting a patch of particularly risk-averse institutions? The impact on go-to-market strategies for new services needing these connections is becoming significant.
