New here: My biggest lesson learned (so far)

Hey everyone, just joined. Been trading for about 5 years, mostly equities and some $EURUSD. My biggest lesson, learned the hard way, was about not moving my stop. Early on, I'd often shift stops on a losing trade, hoping for a turnaround, only to watch a small loss balloon into a significant drawdown. It's painful to admit, but those few extra points always turned into something worse. Now, once the stop is set, it's pretty much etched in stone unless the market structure fundamentally changes in my favor before getting hit, which is rare.
