XAUUSD - Watching the 2350 Resistance

Been keeping a close eye on $XAUUSD for a bit now, and honestly, it feels like it's grinding against a pretty significant level around 2350. We've seen a few attempts to push through there, but nothing substantial has stuck. Each time it tests that area, it gets rejected, indicating some decent selling pressure waiting there.

My current thinking is that if we can get a sustained break above 2350, say with a daily close convincingly above that mark, then we could be looking at a move towards the 2380-2400 region. That would be a clear signal of strength for me. However, until that happens, I'm pretty cautious about calling for an upside breakout. The risk to that scenario, obviously, is if it just can't get over 2350 and starts to roll over. If it breaks below 2330 on decent volume, I'd consider the upside stalled for now and start looking at potential support levels further down, maybe around 2300 or even 2280. Just seems like a critical juncture for gold right here.

Watching XAUUSD at a critical retest level

Been keeping a close eye on $XAUUSD for the past few sessions and it's looking like we're heading for a really interesting retest. My chart shows the 1900-1905 area has been a significant pivot point in the past, acting as both resistance and support on multiple occasions over the last few months. After the recent leg down, seeing it hover just above this range has me thinking about its potential to either establish a new base or break lower.

From a technical standpoint, if we see a clear break and sustained close below 1895, that would invalidate my current thinking about this being a potential support zone retest. The risk there would be a move towards 1870 quickly, as there isn't much strong historical support until then. Conversely, a strong bounce from here, especially if accompanied by some bullish divergence on the lower timeframes, would suggest that the bulls are willing to defend this area, potentially setting up for another push back towards the 1930s. It's a key spot to watch, and I'm leaning towards patience to see how price interacts with this level over the next day or two.

XAUUSD - Eyeing the 2075-2080 Resistance

Been watching XAUUSD closely. The price action around 2075-2080 has been a consistent hurdle for a while now. We've seen rejection there multiple times, even with decent bullish momentum leading into it. It's not just a single level, but more of a zone, a clear psychological barrier where sellers seem to step in with conviction.

What I'm looking at now is how it interacts with this zone on the current push. If we get a clean break and sustain above 2080, especially on a daily close, that would invalidate the current resistance scenario for me. Below that, I'd expect continued pressure and perhaps a retest of the lower consolidation range, maybe back down to 2050 or even 2040. The $USDX staying firm at 25.57 could also exert some pressure, keeping gold from making that decisive move higher.

Watching Gold's 1900 Level Closely

Hey everyone, been keeping a close eye on $XAUUSD lately. We've seen a pretty consistent bounce off the $1900 level a few times now over the past couple of weeks, and it's starting to feel like a significant short-term floor is establishing itself there. I know some are looking for bigger moves, but that 1900 mark really seems to be attracting buyers on any dips.

My take is that as long as we hold above 1900, the bias remains subtly bullish for a retest of higher resistance, maybe around the 1925-1930 area. If it breaks convincingly below 1900, especially with some volume behind it, then my whole read on the short-term structure would be invalidated. At that point, I'd be looking for a potential move down towards 1880 or even 1870. Just my thoughts, always open to hearing what others are seeing.

XAUUSD - Watching that $2300 level closely

Been spending a good chunk of my morning looking at XAUUSD again, and that $2300 level is really sticking out on the daily and even the weekly charts. We've seen some pretty decent attempts to break through it, but each time, it's just not held convincingly. It's a pretty significant psychological level, obviously, but also aligns with some prior swing highs and Fibonacci retracement levels from the last major run-up.

My current scenario involves continued choppiness around here. A sustained break above $2300, particularly on decent volume and followed by a daily close well above it, would invalidate this sideways-to-mildly-corrective bias and suggest we're setting up for another leg higher. On the flip side, a clear rejection from $2300, especially if we start seeing lower highs and then a break below, say, $2280, would make me think a deeper correction towards $2250 or even $2220 is more likely. I'm leaning neutral right now, waiting for more conviction from price action at this key juncture.

XAUUSD - Watching that 2300 level again

Alright folks, casting my eye on XAUUSD again, and it feels like Groundhog Day. We keep bouncing off that 2300 mark like it's made of rubber, but the downside seems to lack any serious conviction. I'm seeing a bit of a coil forming here, tighter ranges, less dramatic swings. It's almost like the market is collectively holding its breath.

My take? If we get a clean break and hold above 2300, particularly on a daily close, I'd be looking for a potential move towards 2325-2330. The risk, of course, is a fakeout above 2300 that snaps back down and then heads for the recent lows around 2280. If that 2280 breaks cleanly, then this whole sideways structure could unravel pretty quickly. Until then, it's just a waiting game, feels like we're just accumulating energy for the next move, whatever direction that might be.

XAUUSD - Watching for a clean break around $2350

I've been keeping a close eye on $XAUUSD lately. We've seen a pretty consistent resistance around the $2350 area for the past few sessions. To me, a sustained move above that level, ideally with some volume confirmation, would signal a potential continuation higher, perhaps targeting the $2380-$2400 range. Conversely, if we reject $2350 forcefully and drop back below $2330, my current bullish lean would be invalidated, and I'd start looking at the $2300 support again.

Thoughts on Silver's Recent Dip Below $20

Been watching $SI pretty closely this week, and that dip to 19.34 and even lower intraday to 18.65 is quite interesting. We had a good run earlier, and now it feels like we're consolidating, or perhaps testing some underlying support levels. If we can hold above that 18.65 area, I'd say there's still a decent base forming, but a sustained break below 18.50 would definitely shift my bias more bearish. The risk for me is if we see further aggressive selling pressure with no real bounce, which could signal a deeper correction. For now, it just looks like a necessary shakeout after the prior rally.

Silver's $18.65 test - again?

Watching $SI this morning, it dipped to $18.65 before bouncing, and it's making me wonder if we're in for another go at that level. It's been a pretty significant floor recently, and if that gives way, my bullish lean for a short-term rebound gets seriously invalidated, probably looking at a move down to the low $18s. Then again, if it holds, we could be looking at a decent coiled spring situation.

Gold (XAUUSD) holding this range, watching $2300 hard

Been watching Gold pretty closely the last few sessions, and it seems to be content just consolidating for now. We saw that rejection off $2360-ish earlier this week, and it's been pretty range-bound since. For me, the key level on the downside is $2300. If we lose that definitively, I'd expect a quick retest of the $2270 area, possibly even lower. The risk for any bullishness right now is a breakdown below that $2300 mark; that would invalidate the idea of this being just a healthy pullback within an uptrend.

On the upside, it's pretty clear $2360 is holding as resistance. A clean break and hold above that would shift my bias, but until then, it's a grind.

Gold — Watching 1920 resistance closely

Still watching the 1920-ish level on XAUUSD. If we can get a sustained break above it, I'd consider the short-term bearish pressure alleviated, but until then, it remains a significant hurdle. A failure to hold above 1920 and a drop back toward 1880 would invalidate that idea for me.

Watching XAUUSD at 2300-2310

Been keeping an eye on $XAUUSD for a bit now, and that 2300-2310 area seems to be a real sticky point. We've seen it act as both support and resistance pretty consistently over the past few weeks. It's not holding strong, but it's not breaking down easily either. To me, a clean close below 2295 on the daily would suggest a deeper pullback is on the cards, maybe testing 2270 next. On the flip side, if we can decisively push through 2315 and hold, that might open up a retest of the recent highs. Just my thoughts, things are pretty choppy out there.

XAUUSD - Watching the 2350 Resistance After Recent Pullback

Been closely watching $XAUUSD here after the recent run-up and subsequent consolidation. From my seat, the critical level for gold remains around the 2350 mark. We've seen a couple of rejections there, suggesting significant supply is still present in that zone. While the broader trend still feels constructive, a sustained break above 2350 would, in my view, open the door for a retest of higher levels, perhaps towards 2380-2400.

Conversely, the downside risk I'm monitoring is a clean break below 2315. We've had some decent support hold up there in recent sessions, but if that gives way, I'd expect an acceleration towards the 2280-2290 area. It's a key zone for me, defining whether this is just healthy consolidation or if the bears are gaining more meaningful traction. No crystal ball here, but navigating these two levels seems crucial for understanding the next directional move. The global macroeconomic backdrop, particularly with inflation numbers and central bank rhetoric, will obviously continue to be a significant influence.

1

XAUUSD - watching for a reaction at 2030

Still watching XAUUSD. The sustained move above 2000 has held, but 2030-2035 range looks like a sticky area. If we get a clear rejection there and a close below 2020, I'd consider that a short-term bearish signal, perhaps indicating a retest of 2000. On the flip side, a clean break and hold above 2035 could open up a run to 2050 quickly. My bias leans neutral here, waiting for more confirmation.

12

XAUUSD - Watching that 2300 level again

It feels like we're settling into a bit of a range on XAUUSD, but I'm keenly watching how it interacts with the 2300 psychological level. We've seen bounces off it, and failures to break significantly above it in recent weeks. A clean close below 2290 on the daily chart would make me rethink the current consolidation and lean more bearish for a retest of 2270, but for now, I'm waiting for a clearer catalyst.

XAUUSD stuck in this channel, what gives?

Been watching XAUUSD pretty closely lately. It seems to be holding pretty tight within that $2300 - $2360 range for what feels like an eternity now. I'm seeing resistance at the top of that channel consistently reject attempts to break higher. Support around $2300 is equally stubborn. If we see a decisive close below $2300, I'd expect a retest of $2280 pretty quickly. Conversely, a break above $2360 and hold would suggest we're looking at $2400 again. For now, it's a chop fest. My bias remains slightly bearish on a retest of the lower bound given the recent daily candles failing to hold gains.

Watching Gold's reaction around the 2300 level closely

Been following XAUUSD's chop around the 2300 mark for a bit now, and it feels like a critical zone. We've seen it act as both support and resistance pretty consistently, indicating significant order flow there. My sense is if we get a decisive break and hold above 2300 on daily closes, particularly if it's accompanied by some follow-through volume, it could suggest a renewed push higher. The risk to that scenario, of course, is a rejection from this level, maybe a retest of 2280 or even a deeper dive towards the 2250 area. If it fails to hold 2280 after a retest, I'd consider my bullish bias on this short-term setup invalidated. It's really a wait-and-see for confirmation here, not jumping to conclusions.

XAUUSD Holding the Line at 2300, But For How Long?

Been watching XAUUSD pretty closely lately. It's holding that 2300 level like a champ, which is honestly a bit surprising given the dollar strength we've seen. That $USO move today didn't do it any favors either, hinting at broader inflation pressures that should be supportive, but sometimes these things take time to play out. My concern is if we see a sustained break below 2290-2295. That's where I think the short-term structure really starts to fall apart and we could easily see a quick flush down towards 2250 or even 2230. I'm not calling for it, just stating the obvious downside risk if this support cracks. For now, it's holding, and that's the key. Any thoughts on what keeps it propped up here?

Gold sitting right at a interesting level

Been watching $XAUUSD for a bit now, and it's right at that $2030 area, which has acted as pretty strong support/resistance multiple times on the daily chart. If it can hold above there, I'd expect it to try for $2045 again, but a clear break below could see it testing $2015 rather quickly. The $USDX hovering around 25.49 isn't giving it much direction either, so it feels like a decision point is coming.

Thoughts on XAUUSD ahead of CPI

Watching $XAUUSD closely here. We've seen a pretty consistent bounce off the $2300 level over the past few sessions, and it seems to be forming a bit of a base. My concern, however, is if we get a hotter-than-expected CPI print; a decisive close below $2290 could quickly invalidate this short-term support and open the door for a deeper correction towards $2250, given how much the market has already priced in disinflationary trends. Conversely, a soft print could give it the push it needs to challenge the $2340 resistance.

Thoughts on Gold's Recent Bounce and Resistance

Watching $XAUUSD closely here after the bounce from the $2300 area. It's found some buying interest, but the real test is whether it can sustain above $2350. We've seen a few attempts to break higher recently that haven't quite stuck, suggesting that level is still acting as a significant cap.

My concern is if it fails to hold above $2330 on any retest. That would indicate the recent move up was likely just a short-term relief rally, and we could see a revisit of the lower $22xx range. The macro picture isn't screaming 'breakout' just yet, so caution seems prudent.

XAUUSD - Watching that 2300 level again

Been looking at $XAUUSD here and it's starting to consolidate pretty tight around 2300. We've seen it chew through that zone multiple times recently. If we lose 2290 convincingly on decent volume, I think we're likely heading towards 2260-2250, invalidating this recent upward bias. On the flip side, a clean break and hold above 2310 could indicate another leg up.

Gold's Stubborn Range – A Breakdown Awaits?

Alright folks, casting an eye on $XAUUSD again, and it's still playing this frustrating game of 'almost there'. We've been hovering around that $2030-2040 zone for what feels like an eternity now. I've been watching closely for a decisive move, and frankly, the market feels like it's holding its breath.

From a purely technical perspective, we've got a decent consolidation going on. The daily chart is showing lower highs but higher lows, tightening into a bit of a coil. The critical level for me, if we're looking at a bearish scenario, is a convincing break and hold below $2010. If we snap that, especially on decent volume, I'd expect a swift move down towards $1980, potentially even $1950. The risk that invalidates this view, naturally, would be a strong push above $2050. That would suggest the bulls are back in control and likely gunning for new highs. Right now, it's a waiting game, but the tension feels palpable. Any thoughts on what gives first?

Watching XAUUSD at $2300 - A Critical Juncture

I'm still keeping a close eye on XAUUSD, particularly around the $2300 level. It's acted as pretty strong support recently, but if we get a decisive break and hold below that, I think we could see a quick move down towards $2270, maybe even $2250. My bullish bias would definitely be challenged if we see any daily closes convincingly under $2300, suggesting a deeper correction might be on the cards before any new leg higher. Conversely, a bounce here would reconfirm it as a key demand zone.
