CAD looking interesting with recent oil price stability

Watching $CAD closely lately. Despite the general USD strength, the relative stability in crude oil prices around the $78-80 mark seems to be providing some underlying support. While the Bank of Canada has signaled a cautious approach, any sustained rebound in commodities could shift their calculus sooner than markets expect, making me think about potential entries on CAD crosses.

I'm with you on CAD. The BoC's recent comments have been cautious, but the underlying commodity support, especially if it holds, could indeed force their hand earlier than anticipated. Worth keeping an eye on the inflation data out of Canada too.

Oil stability could offer some support, but it feels like the market's pricing in more than just that. BOC's stance is still pretty dovish; seems premature to call a significant shift based solely on commodity prices right now.

Oil stability is one thing, but BoC's stance on inflation and rates is the real driver for CAD right now. Don't let stable commodity prices distract from potential domestic headwinds.
