NZDCAD showing some life post-data

Watching $NZDCAD today, it's pushed up to 0.8225, extending the earlier move. Given the recent BOC statements, it makes me wonder if this is more than just a fleeting reaction, possibly signaling some longer-term CAD weakness on the horizon.

That's interesting. I hadn't considered the longer-term implications for CAD weakness from the BOC statements. Is there a specific part of their recent commentary that you're focusing on for that idea?

Interesting. Though it's hard to read too much into a single day's movement, especially after data releases. I'd want to see some follow-through later in the week before considering it a trend.
