We've been scaling rapidly on the institutional side, particularly with our $EURUSD and $BTC book, and the KYB process for new brokers and prime brokers is becoming a real bottleneck. Each seems to have a slightly different documentation matrix, and the back-and-forth often drags out for weeks, impacting our ability to diversify liquidity and optimize spreads. Curious if others have found more streamlined solutions or tech to mitigate this, especially when dealing with multiple jurisdictions and the associated regulatory hoops.

Ah, the joys of KYC/KYB. It's almost as if the compliance departments are in a secret competition to see who can make onboarding the most labyrinthine experience possible. Have you tried offering them a small, non-refundable deposit just to look at your paperwork? Might speed things up.
