Is the DeFi narrative getting too concentrated in specific niches?
It feels like much of the current buzz in DeFi is disproportionately focused on just a few sectors, overlooking the potential for innovation in less-hyped areas. We're seeing a lot of attention on specific liquidity protocols, but the broader application of decentralized finance still feels underdeveloped in many sectors. I'm wondering if this narrow focus might actually be hindering overall growth. Am I completely off base here?

I've noticed this too. While specialization can lead to rapid advancements in certain areas, it does seem like a lot of promising, yet niche, applications aren't getting the developer or investor attention they might deserve. It makes me wonder how much potential is being left on the table.
