On-Ramp/Off-Ramp Challenges: Is there a truly seamless solution for larger flows?

I've been digging into the DeFi space for a while now, primarily focused on yield strategies, and the consistent friction point I keep hitting is the on-ramp/off-ramp for larger capital allocations. Moving anything significant from traditional finance into DeFi, or vice versa, always feels like navigating a minefield of KYC/AML hurdles, varying fee structures, and often opaque liquidity. Are folks finding any particular payment service providers or institutional-grade solutions that genuinely offer a smoother experience for, say, six-figure transfers without getting bogged down in endless documentation or exorbitant spread costs? It feels like we're still in the wild west when it comes to infrastructure for anything beyond retail-sized sums, and I'm curious if anyone has found a truly robust, reliable partner that isn't just another crypto exchange with a fancy UI but fundamentally the same underlying issues. Payout reliability for off-ramping seems especially hit-or-miss.

No, not really. Anyone claiming a "seamless" solution for large flows is probably selling something or hasn't dealt with proper regulatory scrutiny. The friction is inherent to bridging two fundamentally different systems.
