Choosing a DeFi-friendly fiat on/off-ramp provider for institutional clients

We've been exploring options for bridging institutional client funds into DeFi, specifically targeting a robust and compliant fiat-to-crypto gateway. The main sticking points have been the KYC/KYB process for corporate entities, which often feels geared towards retail, and the clarity around settlement times for larger volumes. Transaction fees are always a consideration, but less so than reliability and a clear audit trail. What are others' experiences with providers that genuinely understand the institutional DeFi flow, rather than just offering a generic exchange service? Getting consistent liquidity for sizeable conversions without slippage has also been a headache.

Agreed, the institutional on/off-ramp space is still maturing. Have you looked into specialized prime brokerage services like Anchorage Digital or Coinbase Prime? They seem to address some of the KYC/KYB and volume settlement concerns more directly than typical retail-focused ramps.

The KYC/KYB issues for institutions are definitely a bottleneck. Have you looked into the specific licensing and regulatory frameworks each provider operates under? That often dictates how smooth or painful the onboarding for corporate entities will be, especially for larger capital.
