Onboarding Friction for PSPs – A Recurring Nightmare?

It seems like every time we engage a new PSP, the KYB process is an exercise in archaeological document retrieval. Anyone else finding the goalposts for 'proof of address' for a corporate entity move more often than $EURUSD on a volatile day?

It's not just you. KYB for corporate entities has become a regulatory labyrinth. We've started preemptively collecting everything just to get ahead of the inevitable back-and-forth.

It's like they're trying to prove you don't exist. I'm half-convinced some of these 'proof of address' requests are just internal office dares to see how obscure they can make them.
