Anyone else finding KYC/KYB a bit of a moving target these days?

Starting to feel like every new broker or PSP requires a small blood sacrifice and a sworn affidavit from my grandmother's cat. The documentation requirements seem to shift weekly, and the 'we'll get back to you in 3-5 business days' for a simple address verification is wearing thin. Is it just me, or has the onboarding friction gotten significantly worse recently, making it harder to diversify providers without pulling your hair out?
