Question on onboarding friction and fee structures with new props
Hey everyone, wondering if anyone else has been experiencing more friction lately with onboarding to new prop firms, especially around the KYB process. It seems like the scrutiny has ramped up considerably, and what used to be a couple of days now drags on for weeks sometimes. Also, on the fee side, are you finding any particular models or structures (e.g., fixed spreads, tiered commissions, or subscription-based access) that are proving more transparent or cost-effective for active traders? The landscape feels like it's shifting, and I'm curious about others' experiences and what they've found to be the 'least worst' option for managing costs without sacrificing execution quality.
